ShotCoach has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location. Almost everything the app does — the live camera, the composition guides, the 78 pose outlines, and the on-device body-pose detection — happens on your iPhone and sends nothing anywhere.

Photos you capture are saved to your own photo library. ShotCoach never uploads your photo library and cannot read photos you took before.
When you tap Advice or Evaluate, the frame and the camera settings above are sent to our server on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers and D1, which also host this policy), and from there to one AI provider to produce the response:
Each of these providers is bound by its own published privacy terms, which we have reviewed and which provide protection equal to or greater than the protection described in this policy: the frame is processed to return a response and is not used to identify you. We share data with no one else — no advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics vendors beyond our own Cloudflare database.
Nothing is sent to any AI provider until you tap Advice or Evaluate and accept the disclosure the app shows you first. You can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings › AI coach & your data › Stop sending frames to AI, and the app will ask again before anything is sent. Deleting the app removes the random identifier from your device. To have the records tied to your identifier deleted from our database, email the address above.
Frames and photos are never retained — they exist only in memory for the seconds it takes to produce a response. Ticket counts and anonymous usage counts are kept for up to 12 months. Feedback is kept until it is resolved.
ShotCoach is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the updated date above changes and the in-app disclosure is updated in the same release.
